I was referred to Petersen PT by my doctor at Barrows. This was my first time going to physical therapy and the experience was extremely positive. The crew at Petersen was upbeat, attentive, and knowledgeable. They customized a plan based on my condition and level of pain. They explained the exercises well, monitored my progress, and made adjustments as I continued to get stronger and heal. I made steady progress during my treatment.The physical therapy experience was positive, and it was also a nice place to receive treatment with fun staff and nice patients! I've finished my PT and achieved the goals I had at the start of my treatment -- I'm pain-free and stronger. I highly recommend the Tempe office of Petersen Physical Therapy.

I couldn’t recommend this place enough. The staff is always super patient, helpful, and kind. They taught me exercises that allowed me to recovery from an injury that I thought would never heal and really improved my quality of life. This place is aces in my book.

Ed Hardy is an attentive PT, who was patient and answered all my questions. The team at Petersen explains each exercise clearly and a link is provided to videos of all the exercises you're doing to allow you to continue the work at home. This has been a wonderful experience and while I hope to not have to continue PT, if I do, Petersen PT is where I intend to go - they're the best.

This place offers excellent service and their expertise is top notch. I really enjoyed attending PT sessions there and by the end of my journey I had completely recovered from my injury. The therapists are attentive and sensitive to adjust for my needs and pain levels. I didn't think anything could really be done for my issues, but not only were they able to address and further diagnose what's going on with me, they tailored a unique plan that precisely targets my needs! They have a large variety of equipment to use, the place is kept extremely clean, they play upbeat music, and they are super personable and welcoming; they even have a riddle of the week! They help you track your progress at home with an online care plan that provides demonstrations of the exercises. The best part is that it works!

We’ve been offering physical therapy at our clinic in Tempe/Mesa for over 20 years. It’s located in the medical buildings just east of the Target on McClintock & Baseline. This location also houses our administrative team and is considered “home base” for Petersen Physical Therapy. This location provides physical therapy to Tempe & Mesa patients.
